9:00am – District Day begins with clergy meetings – Steckel Hall
5:30pm - TOPS 1 – Sr. Chapel
6:30 – 8:30pm District Day continues with meetings for laity to discuss issues and changes effective July 1, 2010 that are pertinent to the local church with the formation of the new Annual Conference. Clergy will be gathering in the morning and Laity are asked to be present from 6:30pm to 8:30pm to hear information on shared ministry, pension, health insurance, minimum compensation and HealthFlex Plan education. All members of the congregation are encouraged to attend, especially the Lay Member to Annual Conference, Chairs of the SPRC, Finance and Church Council..
