"M&M & Friends" presents "Holiday Music Celebration"

Dec. 5th at 7:00pm -featuring pianist Maryna Mazhukhova, flutist Martha Grener and vocalist Luba Lesser. "M&M & Friends" is a recital series that benefits various local charitable organizations. This recital will benefit “Christmas Toys” for the children in North Syracuse.
The United Methodist Women will have a Cookie –Craft – Treasures - Light lunch Sale on Dec. 5th

10:00am – 3:00pm - in Steckel Hall. We will also have Alternative Christmas items available; Fair Trade items, Heifer project gift certificates and Christian Books. Hot Coca Mix in a Jar will also be available. We are asking for donations of items to be sold and Christmas or any type cookies. Please label your cookies so that we know what type we will be selling! Thank you to everyone who can help us. If you would like to work at the sale please let any UMW member know, we would be happy to have you join us.
Kid’s Night Out - God’s Children at Andrews -Dec. 4th

5:30pm with the theme ‘Preparing for Christmas’. All children grades K-6 are welcome and are encouraged to bring a friend. Activities include a light supper, storytelling, and a program of creative fun as well as spiritual activities. The donation is $4.00 per child or $10.00 per family. This covers the supper and materials. Please make reservations by Wednesday, December 2nd by calling the church office at 458-0890. We are looking forward to seeing you and your children.
A 2009 Advent Series - Dec. 3, 10, 17

On December 3, 10, and 17, all are invited to gather to study and prepare for the celebration of the birth of Jesus led by Rev. Hunt. The gathering will begin with supper at 5:30. From there we will discuss and share an article of the day, ending by 7:00pm. The article of the week will be available on the Sunday before the session at the entrances of the Sanctuary. Come, join with others, and don’t let the secular Holiday steal your Christmas.

4:00pm – Advent Family Night - We invite you to travel back to Bethlehem and learn more about the story of Jesus' birth through crafts and activities. This will be followed by a meal. Come for food, fun and fellowship as we begin our Advent journey!
